I only cried twice at Katie and Drew’s wedding: When Katie and her dad walked the brook lined path together and Katie and Drew’s first dance. Brandon and I could see that Katie and her dad had a special bond, and as they walked together, we knew this would be something they would remember forever. It’s a moment that you can never re-create and only shared between a dad and his daughter. As Katie entered through the chapel doors, a huge grin spread across Drew’s face. He couldn’t wait for her to meet him at the end of the aisle. Katie’s dad removed her hand from his and placed it into Drew’s, and at this moment, Katie was shifting into Drew’s family. And we were so excited to witness it!
Katie and Drew, thank you so much for letting us capture these special moments. We hope that you never forget, but if you do you, we hope these pictures help remind you how you felt, why you picked one another, and how special your day was! Thanks for always being willing to try something weird and trust us that it will look amazing! Even in the middle of the Texas heat!! We are so glad to know you and can’t wait to see what your future holds! Come back to Fort Worth soon!!
