Lindsay showed Kayla the image on the back of her camera and Kayla said, “It looks like a fairy tale!” Yes, Kayla, your winter wedding was an actual fairy tale!

We’ve been looking forward to capturing Kayla & Mark’s winter Brooks at Weatherford Wedding since we first met them in March of this year. We waited patiently for their engagement session where we popped champagne to celebrate the next walk of life! These two are some of the kindest, happiest people we’ve had the privilege of capturing. Their day was filled with celebrating, fun, and dancing! Lots of dancing! We’re not sure that Kayla ever stopped spinning in her dress.

There were many exciting moments, but our favorite moments had to do when the day slowed down. A few tears rolling down Mark’s face each time he saw his bride walk toward him. First, during the first look, and then again as he watched her walk toward him down the aisle. Kayla, that little handkerchief came in handy even though it was meant for you!

Kayla & Mark, we feel such privilege getting to capture moments like these. From the laughs with your people, to your first dance, and those sweet tears with lots of emotions. We can’t wait to see what adventures you two take as you step into married life! We know we will be friends for a long time!
