The Brooks at Weatherford Wedding | Katie & Ashton
On June 11, 2021, Katie and Ashton celebrated 13 months of marriage by having their dream wedding at The Brooks at Weatherford. Due to the pandemic, these two were officially married on May 8th, 2020. So we liked to think of this day as a wedding celebration and recommitment to their marriage vows! At their first wedding, they were only allowed 10 people (including them and the pastor). So this day was filled with many family members and friends from all over.
In the future when we think of an elegant wedding day, this day will forever come to mind. Every last detail and special touch was thought through. We loved capturing Ashton’s love for Star Wars and Katie’s taste for classic elegance. However, no detail could upstage the way these two feel about each other! After completing their first year of marriage, it was clear that their love was even stronger than how they felt 13 months before when they first said, “I will.”
Katie & Ashton, we left your wedding day feel bittersweet that our season with you has closed and SO grateful to have gained lifelong friends! We couldn’t be happier for you two! We know that your first year of marriage is only the beginning of the greatest adventure!
